You don't have to tell your whole story right away. Some parts of healing don't begin with words. Sometimes the starting point is simply knowing you don't want to keep living in survival mode.

Some sessions may focus more on understanding patterns and emotions. Others may focus on helping you feel more grounded regulated and able to move through daily life differently.

The goal isn't insight for its own sake. The goal is helping you rebuild trust in yourself.

I draw from approaches including trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Polyvagal Theory. But therapy is not about forcing people into a method. It is about understanding you as a whole person and working together in a way that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and useful.

I work with adults, young adults, and couples.

Location

In person. At my office in Arlington Heights.

Virtual. HIPPA-compliant telehealth platform (secured video). Requires you have privacy and good wifi.

Hybrid. Some weeks in person, some weeks virtual. Your call.

Sessions are ~55 minutes, held weekly in most cases though we'll figure out the right rhythm together.

Fees

Private Pay: $175 per session.
I do not offer a sliding scale at this time.

Insurance: I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO.


I also offer Clinical Consultation and Supervision to other Mental Health Professionals.
